Leadership Bonus
Leadership Bonuses are designed to reward you for helping people get started in this process. You can promote yourself to the first level of leadership when you complete your Z-Team by sponsoring three Zurvita Consultants.
Z-Team
The first 3 Independent Consultants that you personally sponsor are called your Z-Team. As you progress through the Zurvita Leadership Positions and become a Senior or Executive Consultant, you can qualify for additional Z-Team Matching Leadership Bonus.
As you progress through the Zurvita Leadership Positions, you can earn Leadership Bonuses on UNLIMITED LEVELS. At each leadership position, you can begin to build a new leadership organization and earn additional Leadership Bonuses on your new organization. Leadership Bonuses are paid when a new Consultant enters your leadership organization on ANY LEVEL and sells products or services to obtain just 3 Active Customer Points*!
Managing Consultant Leadership Bonus - $50
As a Managing Consultant, when you personally sponsor a Business Consultant that Fast Starts you will receive a $100 Business Bonus. In addition, for any Business Consultant that joins your Managing Consultant business at ANY level and obtains just 3 Active Customer Points*, you will receive a $50 Leadership Bonus. This Managing Consultant Leadership Bonus is paid to UNLIMITED LEVELS for every Consultant in your Managing Consultant business!
Senior Consultant Leadership Bonus - $100
As a Senior Consultant, when you personally sponsor a Business Consultant that Fast Starts you will receive a $100 Business Bonus. In addition, for any Business Consultant that joins your Senior Consultant business at ANY level and obtains just 3 Active Customer Points*, you will receive a $100 Leadership Bonus. This Senior Consultant Leadership Bonus is paid to UNLIMITED LEVELS for every Consultant in your Managing Consultant business!
Executive Consultant Leadership Bonus - $150
As an Executive Consultant, when you personally sponsor a Business Consultant that Fast Starts you will receive a $100 Business Bonus. In addition, for any Business Consultant that joins your Executive Consultant business at ANY level and obtains just 3 Active Customer Points*, you will receive a $150 Leadership Bonus. This Executive Consultant Leadership Bonus is paid to UNLIMITED LEVELS for every Consultant in your Executive Consultant business!
*To receive Leadership Bonuses, your Business Consultant must obtain their 3 ACP within the first 28 days of their enrollment.
Z-Team Matching Leadership Bonus
The first three Consultants you sponsor are very important, because when you achieve the level of Senior or Executive Consultant, you have the opportunity to receive MATCHING BONUSES on your Z-Team's Leadership Bonuses. At this level, you will receive a Matching Bonus of 25% of your Z-Team's Senior and Executive Leadership Bonuses. You will also receive a matching bonus of 15% of their Z-Team and a 10% Matching Bonus of their Z-Team. This is an unprecedented 3 level Matching Bonus!
Team Bonus
Team Bonuses are an exciting part of the Zurvita Compensation Plan. As your teams grow you can earn additional Team Bonuses from $500 to $100,000!
Managing Consultant Team Bonus - $500
When your Managing Consultant Team reaches 10 Consultants*, anywhere in your MC organization, you will receive a $500 Team Bonus. These bonuses are paid weekly and there is no limit as to how many MC Team Bonuses you can receive.
Senior Consultant Team Bonus - $10,000
When your Senior Consultant Team reaches 100 Consultants*, anywhere in your SC organization, you will receive a $10,000 Team Bonus. These bonuses are paid weekly and there is no limit as to how many SC Team Bonuses you can receive.
Executive Consultant Team Bonus - $100,000
When your Executive Consultant Team reaches 2,000 Consultants*, anywhere in your SC organization, you will receive a $100,000 Team Bonus. As an Executive Consultant you can receive only one EC Team Bonus.
*On all Team Bonuses at least 50% of your Consultants must be Business Consultants as opposed to Sales Consultants.
