Prescription drug discount cards allow prescription drug users to save money on all types of prescription medications. At the time of purchase, members simply present their card at a participating pharmacy to instantly receive discounts on their prescription drugs. It’s that easy.

What Kind of Discounts Can I Expect to Receive When I Use My Discount Card?

Your Program offers discounts on brand-name and generic drugs. Discounts average 15% for Brand Name drugs and 45% for Generic drugs over network pharmacies usual and customary prices.

What Medications Are Discounted Through This Program?

Thousands of medications, both brand name and generic, are available at a discount, along with several over-the-counter products, including Ecotrin, Nicoderm, NicodermCQ, Nicorette and diabetes supplies.

Where to Use the Prescription Discount Card?

Your discount card is valid at thousands of locations nationwide. Additional pharmacies are constantly being recruited, and the pharmacy directory is continually being updated. If your neighborhood pharmacy is not found on the short list of participating pharmacies below and you would like to find out if they participate, please use the location tool provided on http://cashcard.lc.healthtrans.com/Pages/default.aspx to locate a participating pharmacy near you!

Pharmacy Enrollment

If your pharmacy is not participating in this plan, but would like to enroll in our network, we cordially invite their participation. To enroll, simply have the pharmacist call the help desk number provided on the back of your card.

How to Use Your Prescription Discount Card:

  1. Select a Pharmacy/Find a price: Your card is valid at thousands of locations nationwide. Simply use the location and pricing tool provided on this web site to locate a participating pharmacy near you and their pricing information for your prescription medications.
  2. Submit your prescription: Present your prescription to the pharmacist. If you need to transfer a prescription, bring your empty prescription bottle or label with you to the pharmacy.
  3. Show your card: Give your card to the pharmacist each time you place your prescription order.
  4. You Save: Once your prescription is filled you pay the discounted price. It’s that easy!

Prescription Mail Order

Zurvita Health has partnered with HealthTrans (HT) for mail order pharmacy services. HT works together with its network of contracted partners to offer Zurvita Health members an integrated solution on a national level to member needs for maintenance medications on the mail order side. HT manages prescription intake and customer service. With 30 years of collective experience managing cost-effective clinical programs for a range of clients, HT makes the order and dispensing process as easy as possible for members and providers.

Medication Supply Considerations

Be sure to place your order at least 21 days before you run out of your current medication supply. Our service requires your doctor to write a prescription for a 90-day supply. If you need a prescription fulfilled immediately, ask your doctor to write a 30-day prescription that you can have filled at your local pharmacy and a 90-day prescription for you to send to HealthTrans Pharmacy. (Please note: if your doctor specifies a quantity less than 90 days, it will be filled as written on the prescription. For example: if the prescription specifies a 30-day supply, HealthTrans Pharmacy will fill the prescription for 30 days.) Pharmacy regulations prohibit HealthTrans Pharmacy from honoring requests to cancel or return prescription orders after the order has been received.HIPAA – Your order is covered under the guidelines and federal law regarding patient privacy information.


THIS PLAN IS NOT A HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY. This plan provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. The Vision, Hearing and Lab/Imaging portions of the program are not available in the following states: AK, CT, FL, IL, IN, KS, MT, NV OR, SC, SD and VT. The Rx program is not available in KS. This plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The plan member is obligated to pay for all health care service but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with this discount plan organization. It is the member’s responsibility to confirm with Member Services that a provider is an active participant of the program prior to seeing that provider.
